Writers' Tears Copper Pot

I do enjoy the combination of light fruit, sugar cookie, and a subtle dash of wood and citrus.

Really smooth but too smooth. Flavor is nice and a little sweet. Just a little watery.

This is a great whiskey. Not a lot of bite due to the lower alcohol content, and has strong notes of honey and vanilla. After tastes of citrus and/or lemon round this out nicely.

Nose: strong notes of sweet fruit Body: Taste is crisp and light with notes of heavily spiced apple crumble that is very light on oats. Finish: leaves the a burst of freshness similar to eating a grape with a warm creamy finish of bailey's

Sweet tangerine Jam on cookie dough
