Zafra Master Reserve 21 Rum

Tasted. Nice rum. I can see why most of people like it. Rich wide taste, sweet mollase with distinctive nutty (wallnut, hazelnut) taste afterward. Sweet mollase vanilla smell. Very, very nice sipper.

This one brings the inherent sweetness of rum but not overwhelmingly and, it’s very smooth with a clean finish. Perhaps, it’s a little too approachable and it requires attention to capture its complexity.

Sweet sherry notes on the nose, but primary characteristic is definitely woody. Almost overpowering, difficult to catch any other flavors.

Caramel/toffee nose, very pleasant and what I hope a good rum would smell like. Fairly dry in the mouth and not overly sweet. More toffee and bourbon hints. Very smooth and easy to sip. A great value for under $50 if you don't want an overly sweet rum.
