Tambourine Mountain’s Sugar Cane spirit comes to us out of one of Australia’s smallest pot-still distilleries, nestled in the Gold Coast Hinterlands. With almost 20 years of experience behind them, Michael and Alla Ward have worked long and hard to bring a large line of spirits and liqueurs that have won awards in Chicago, London and Belgium. The Sugar Cane Spirit is a Cachaça-style spirit, a famed Brazilian spirit drunk either by itself or in cocktails, and is made with copper pot-distillation from local Tambourine Mountain Sugar Cane. Note: Available for purchase at the distillery in 500ml sized bottles.
