Tastes

Nose- sharp sherry with some  carmel Taste- sharp dry sherry that then turns into into a sweet drark fruit explosion. Def multi layered. That hard sherry carmel is a different kind of feeling Finish- sweetness slowly fades with the heat that came up I keep getting different tastes from this. At first I wasn't sure but I think I could like this.

Nose- honey melon heat Taste - I taste paper, yes paper then heat and grape sweetness Finish- paper fades into a sweet heat ethanol After. A little to much burn, def not redbreast.

I had the Batch Tucson version... Nose- spice fruity wine Taste- the great nose still hits you durring taste. Tangy plum, spice and heat Finish- spice and burn last then slowly fade. Solid mid tier rye would try again

Nose- sweet and spicy astringent Taste- tangy honey with a spice, sweet and rich cask Finish -  spice and casky med finish

Nose- rich deep sweet and sour Taste - rich and sweet dark grapes with a port bitterness After - port lingers with a slight numb

Nose- rich bitter, the sherry is there Taste- sweet wine sherry bitter definitely better and smoother than the orig. Finish: sherry and ethanol linger Little water brings out more sherry and vanilla.

nose- honey light ethanol Light Citrus Taste- honey grapes ethanol After- hot and tangy

Nose- rich rye peppery Taste- med spice, rye bitter, numb and a little youth. Short finish, the numb lasts a bit Better than average rye under $40

Nose: youth light apple flowers Taste: almost a grassy effervescence hits you first then a tangy fruity with a med spice and rye. Has a little youth. Finish: the tang lingers but not a long finish. A little spice and burn stays with you.

Nose vanilla citrus spice Taste spice and gives a big pop of floral. After floral fades into an ethanol numb (surprising for a 10 year).
