Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select
Tennessee Whiskey — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed December 20, 2019 (edited December 26, 2019)Light golden color. Notes of honey and spice in the aroma. Flavor is slightly sweet and smoky, but the higher alcohol content really comes out. A bit of water really helps and opens it up. The honey with a touch of oak is very smooth. Really nice. -
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey
Other Liqueurs — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed December 19, 2019 (edited October 29, 2020)Light honey color, go figure. Aroma is light honey with some floral notes in the background. The honey is forefront in the flavor making it on the sweet side, but not too much. Some pepper notes in the background. I actually like it more than I expected. -
Consistently colored like most mass produced whiskey. Aroma is surprisingly pleasant. Some nice floral notes with pepper in the background. The pepper really comes through in the taste as well as a touch of smoke. Finish is very mild. A touch of water brings out some sweetness and really provides some balance.

Color is like a light apple juice. Some distinctly floral notes once you work through the alcohol. Maybe some caramel too. Pleasantly oaky to start, but the alcohol overwhelms in the middle. The finish is a tad smoky. A little water allows you to taste some of the caramel. Overall not bad, but a bit bland.

Color is very light like a weak ice tea. It’s hard to pick out individual notes in the aroma, but it is pleasant with just a hint of the alcohol. Starts a little sweet, but quickly dissolves into and oaky smoke. A bit bitter and alcoholy on the finish, but all around surprisingly pleasant. Water really brings out the woodyness.

Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire
Herbal/Spice Liqueurs — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed December 12, 2019 (edited February 11, 2020)Fairly light in color. Light cinnamon and slightly fruity aroma. Strong cinnamon flavor, slightly sweet. Almost like lightly sweetened candy. Pleasantly surprised, but definitely needs to be what you’re looking for. -
Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
Tennessee Whiskey — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed December 11, 2019 (edited September 5, 2021)Light brown in color. Aroma is very alcohol forward with some undefinable fruit notes. Flavor is also alcohol forward. Some smoke notes, but hard to identify anything else. A touch of water helps, but reminds me of the reason I avoided whiskey for years. I understand why it’s commonly mixed with coke.
