Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
Blended — IrelandReviewed February 5, 2023Palate and nose similar, I’m getting light fruit, mango, pineapple something along those lines along with brown sugar. The ABV gives the whiskey some weight. Got really good once the bottle got under half way down. Sad to see it go, will be buying again.
Blended — IrelandReviewed October 3, 2022A sweet, green grapes/white wine nose, more fruitiness on the palate to go along with sweet pastries and a touch of smoke to end. Very nice and a great value18.0 USD per Bottle

Mossburn Vintage Casks No. 3
Single Malt — Highlands, ScotlandReviewed February 6, 2022Winey at first on the nose. Very fruity and sweet with apples, pears and creamy vanilla on the palate with a full mouthfeel. A long, warming finish that sticks around in the back of your throat. A deep, luxurious scotch one of the best I’ve ever had. Just wish I could find another bottle.
Johnnie Walker Blue Label
Peated Blend — ScotlandReviewed October 20, 2021Floral and grassy on the nose. More on the palate to go along with fruitiness. sweetness with vanilla and smoke making an appearance at the end. A long, pleasing finish in addition to great mouthfeel. Well balanced and very smooth. Now I see, or should I say nose, taste and experience what all the shouting is about.
J.T.S. Brown Bottled In Bond
Bourbon — Kentucky, USAReviewed October 5, 2021Got this on a trip to Kentucky and was not disappointed. Sweetness, corn, a little vanilla, spice and oak. Oak is predominant on the finish. Another great Heaven Hill product and an amazing value.
Sir Edward's Blended Scotch 12 Years
Blended — ScotlandReviewed August 11, 2021Great value for a 12 year old. Let it oxidize in your glass for 15 minutes or so, you will be rewarded with sweet syrupy raisin notes with a bit of oak. Will be buying again.
Bourbon — Kentucky, USAReviewed August 2, 2021Classic bourbon notes: vanilla, caramel and oak. My main impression was sweet and spicy with oak coming on late although a little thin. Nice and a great bottom shelf dweller.
Glen Grant 15 Year Batch Strength 1st Edition
Single Malt — Speyside, ScotlandReviewed June 28, 2021An amazing nose sweet sugary baked goods almost like honey glazed donuts combined with some vanilla and a little fruitiness-maybe apples or pears. More of the same on the palate. The finish is long and unique for me as the alcohol makes a strong appearance late in the finish. An excellent whiskey, very well balanced.
Early Times Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USAReviewed June 17, 2021Sweetness and some char on the nose. Sweet vanilla, a little fruit and some spice shows up late. A fairly lengthy finish. Not that impressed at first, got a lot better as time went by. Very nice, a good value too.
