Very nice unique red wine notes that shine through. Those notes intermingle with more conventional ex bourbon notes.

Crap. Alcohol, faint sherry notes. Won’t drink again. Kind of like mixing aberlour abunadh with gin then watering it down

Someone less negative reaction with this tasting. I had bottom shelf tequila earlier and some bourbon. This is pretty malty, lacking any complexity and the flavors are faint dark fruit notes. Not worth drinking again.

More spicy than peaty. Strange. Unique. Won’t be turning to this again. American distillers just can’t figure out peating whisky. Highlands, Islays, even Irish have got it down

Tastes different and better this time around. Getting some fortified wine notes but more like madeira than sherry. Been drinkin lots if mezcal this month and tasted these tonight and this is far and away the best dram: highland park 12, deanston 12, glen grant 16. I would try other expressions from this distillery and def get this particular one again in a bar at some point but don’t want an entire bottle of inchmurrin 12

Third tasting after drinking lots of mezcal for a month. This is faint watered down orange in the middle then highland peat in the finish. Is everything from this distillery shit?

Even worse this time around. Been drinkin lots of mezcal this month. The viscosity is good but flavor is shit. Bread n spirity notes overpower the weak vanilla butterscotch. Shit

So funny. Been drinkin lots of del maguey recent and i like this and get the same notes as my original tasting it seems from reading the initial tasting note when i was drinkin tequila n mezcal earlier on that day. Nice viscosity. Like the faint orange and faint pear in the mid palate. Nice earthy notes in the finish. I don’t really ever need a whole bottle of this but might order it sometime in a bar. Def open to other expressions from this distillery that I haven’t tried yet.

Putrid. No wonder flaviar doles this sample out for free. Spirity like a gin or vodka, heavy burn. Faint flavor of apple and that’s it. One of the worst single malt scotch expressions i’ve ever had.
