Very sweet. Fruit, floral and berry notes are dominant. Easy sipper. Not too complex but a nicely rounded dram of whisky.

Beautiful. I prefer the malt over the grain for sure. Very rounded nose with caramel, honey, fruit, walnuts and chocolate. Taste is similar to the nose with a heavy caramel finish. Easy sipper with a lot of complexity. Love it!

Dusty corn notes are present. Honey and some grass notes too. Sweet vanilla on the finish. Pretty good.

This is the Japanese whiskey I’ve been waiting for. Beautiful. Sweet malt. Floral. Honey. Rich body. Oily. Right amount of spice and that nutty finish. Loved it. Better than Hibiki.

I paid too much for this dram, but still a good dram. The typical islay smoke and underneath you get the butterscotch, pear and brown sugar.

Didn’t love it. Nose is nice. Wood, cherry, vanilla and pears. But pallet was all alcohol. Alcohol flavor is to overpowering I couldn’t pick out anything else. Maybe I should have cut it with some water.
