Reviewed April 23, 2023 (edited October 29, 2023)Nose: lots of creamed fruit on the nose, such as strawberries or raspberries, also some hints of honey Palate: somewhat thin on the palate and a let down from the vibrant nose. There is some oak spice along with dried fruit Finish: fairly quick finish with slightly sour grapes and dusty wood notes. -

Nose: lots of dried fruits, mostly apples and pears, along with pepper spice, vanilla, and a splash of cream Palate: a step back from the nose in terms of potency, likely due to the proof, but still get hints of vanilla and cream covered fruit Finish: as expected it does not stay around long, but the spice does linger along with the vanilla

Reviewed March 27, 2023Nose: ethanol notes jump out almost immediately, but then once you get passed that you get some citrus notes along with with some baking spice, a bit of vanilla, and dab of caramel Palate: vanilla cream, oak spice, and baking spice. Finish: short finish, with berries and oak spice
