    Golden honey color in the glass. Honey, pear, sweet cut grass and a hint of vanilla on the nose. Ginger, pear and vanilla. A touch of cinnamon hard candy on the tongue. Finishes with a nice warming feel and a light honey taste. A easy drinking whiskey. Has the elements of Canadian, Irish and bourbon all rolled into one nice dram. And at $13 a bottle a total steal.

    Golden amber color in the glass. Vanilla, Orange cream, nutmeg, clove and finishes with a funky Smokey finish. Funk, Brown sugar, clove, and wood with a dry finish. A great dry rum with a intoxicated nose. Would drink neat, but would make for a high end tiki drinks.

    Light straw color. Caramel, grass and lime on the nose. Lime , agave with a minty finish. Very smooth and easy to drink neat. Works great in lime based cocktails.

    A nice amber color rum. Aromas of molasses, hogo funk, liquorice and brandy notes. On the pallet spice, molasses, oak and hogo funkiness. Finishes with a big coating of burn, but at 138 proof a given. Very complex over proof rum. Could drink neat on ice, but best used in tiki drinks.

    A crystal clear white rum. Aromas of Ethel, grass, mint and vanilla. A lot going on in the nose. On the pallet you have that Jamaican hogo funk, vanilla, with sweet mellow finish. A great white rum that you could drink neat but a top end mixer.

    Golden color rum. Oak, vanilla, orange and light spice notes on the nose. Brown sugar, Orange and spice continues on the pallet. Finish is sweet but nice. Another good mixing rum, but a nice easy sipper.

    Golden color rum. Light notes of burnt sugar and spice. Molasses, orange and vanilla. Dry finishes with a little burn and smoke. Not a sipping rum but a great rum to have in your tiki arsenal.

    Burnt sugar with vanilla wood notes and hogo banana funk. Vanilla, creme burle and ripe banana on the pallet. Dry finish with a bakings pices. Great intro to funky Jamaica rum.

    Cinnamon, vanilla and oak spice on the nose. Smells more of a bourbon then scotch whisky. Sweet spice follows on the pallet with more vanilla. A easy sipper but a little let down for the age. From a nip, glad I didn't buy a full bottle.
