    Vanilla & apple nose with notes of oak. Sweet gentle vanilla, butterscotch & juicy dark fruit flavor with a hint of spice. Soft spicey finish. Vanilla lingering flavor with a touch of heat. $13 for a 2oz pour, The Common Table, Dallas. FYI, they now know that they made a mistake on the price...

    Peat & earthy nose. Peat flavor with a touch of sweetness. Dry earthy peat finish. Mild sweet peat lingering flavor. Recommend to any peat lovers.

    Nice nose but to me it's juniper forward aged gin not a whiskey. Oak, sherry & notes of junpier. Oaky finish with a touch of cereal grain. Good but not for me. I would only recommend this to a gin drinker.

    Neat: Rose petal nose. Fresh cucumber flavor with a touch of juniper. Juniper finish & lingering flavor. Very easy drinking.

    Neat: Love the candy (almost Smarties candy like) nose. This whisky benefits from a small glass that helps concentrate the smell. A wine glass like glass can present a smell of over ripened bananas. Power sugar flavor (again like Smarties candy). Light sweet finish with a touch of vanilla/oak. Light powered sugar finish.

    Neat: Sweet brown sugar nose with a touch of oak. Sweet citrus flavor with a touch of oak & butter. Sweet oaky finish. Sweet oaky lingering flavor. Very good but I still prefer the 15 year old Glenlivet. At BJ's Mesquite, TX. $16.95 for 2-3 oz.

    Dark fruit, oak, green apple & a touch of peat. Sweet peaty with notes of pear & mint. Oak dominated finish. Lingering earthy & fruity flavor with notes of smoke. Reminds me of Glenfiddich 12 but much softer/better. No alcohol sting. With two dashes of Angostura; Peaty notes of the whisky work well with the herbal sweetness of Angostura.
