    Juniper and spice with a little citrus. full oily mouthfeel and long finish. not overly hot. just a supercharged version of the regular strength. outstanding gin, the benchmark for every other NS gin. my favorite.

    Clear juniper and spice with a viscous mouthfeel that lingers with the spice aftertaste. Not overly hot straight up, but the extra alcohol punch is better in classic cocktails. Rated 4. Retasted this Feb 2021. Noticed more herbal spice notes, but juniper still pronounced. Rich and full mouthfeel, some heat, but very balanced for Navy strength which makes it great in cocktails. Bumping my rating up.

    grain and oak on the nose. sweet vanilla carmel and spicy in the mouth. spicy but short finish. light mouthfeel. easy to drink neat and fills out with a cube of ice.

    Burned sugar on the nose and first taste, followed by spice and oak and floral sweetness. woody sugar finish. very drinkable by itself, excellent in cocktails.

    Pot distilled citrus and gentian root, colored with cochineal. Beautiful clear red. Dry and a little less sweet than Campari, good lingering bitterness. A good Campari replacement in classic cocktails.

    organic red wheat, column distilled. light floral juniper on the nose. juniper, cardamom, chamomile, catmint, spice in the mouth. short crisp finish and thin mouthfeel. well made and very drinkable, great for mixing.

    Grape floral nose, grape sweetness and oak and burned sugar on the tongue, medium body and lingering finish. A little more barrel flavor than the silver unaged piscos of Peru. Different, good but different. Works well in cocktails.
