Tastes

This whisky is a confusing mess. On the nose is corn, grain, and tequila and on the palate it tasted like a blend of bourbon, Irish whiskey, and agave. Tasted neat it's rough around the edges. On the rocks, though, the floral sweetness came together. This wasn't my favorite, but if you're looking for something sweet to enjoy over ice give this a try. My hunch is this would make one hell of a cocktail.

Very approachable. Tart, light, and refreshing.

Warm vanilla and caramel

Liquid smoke and oil. If that's what you're after, you'll love it but it seemed out of balance to me.

The most mellow dram of whisky (of any origin) I've ever had. Like distilled honeycomb.

Light smoke, sweet fruit. One of the easiest sippers I've ever had.

Smoky, funky, chocolate bacon brittle.
