Tastes

Nose - Touch of honey, thin though. Not sticky or thick. Smells like a clean doughnut shop lol. Definitely get some darker barrel notes. Palate - Cinnamon blast for sure with honey drizzeled in between each burst. Other than that sort of thin. Definitely like a red hot. Finish - Very thin light and loads of cinnamon

Nose - Milk chocolate hershey bar. Of course ethanol from the high proof. Palate - Initally its hot wirh cinnamon and barrel char. Then before it finishes it starts like a bite of Hershey bar. Finish - Back end is chocolate and cinnamon, very much like mexican chocolate.

Nose - Cinnamon herb floral. A little savory. Little bits of oak and leather. Palate - Caramal herbs with tons of spice. Blends of flavors work so well together its an incredibly rye, even with the spice. Finish - Finish is consistent with the palate, one of the best ryes I have had.

Nose - Coffee Palate - Sweet Iced Coffee (Dunkin) Finish - Coffee and spice

RESERVEBAR PICK**** Nose - Caramel, banana, toasted sugar. Smell is great, lots or sweetness and oak. Palate - Cinnamon banana caramel BOMB. HOTandSWEET! My goodness man how good on that palate. Its like banana bread with caramel drizzle. Finish - Sweet hot all the way. Extreme.

Nose - Cherry berry fruity all around. Palate - Literally cherry/berry whiskey. Wild tasting. Very syrupy and sweet with little bit of whiskey. Finish - Finish is same as the other categories

Nose - Sweet, Subtle herbal notes. Honey, floral, herbal. Everything you expect for a rye. EXTREMELY clean scent, very pleasant on the nose for a summer dram. Palate - Wow the is the most rye thats ever ryed. Very floral with hints of sweetness. Little bit of bubblegum. Little bit of bite with cinnamon. Very Rye if that makes sense. Finish - Finish is simple rye, all the way down. Very light herbal and sweet.

Nose - Creamsickle is on the nose…. literally! Orange, vanilla, barrel spice, Palate - Lots of barrel spice and cinnamon upfront, quite spicy. After it opened up you definitely taste that citrus, with a little vanilla following it. Some leather and oak are present at the end of the palate like a traditional bourbon. Finish - Finish continues with oak leather and some of that citrus that kind of some lingers, like an orange that was expressed.

MBS PICK **** Nose - Light, herbally, idk how else to destcibe other than japanese 😂. A little fruity brightness, lychee? Very clean, sweet and bright….Veyr enjoyable. Palate - Wow this is complex. ALOT going on. A little allspice, leather, barrel. Finish - Finish is a continuation of the nose plus some cinnamon.
