the nose is pretty typical rye, with a spicy nose with a bit of cereal, and maybe some fruit. taste is much more laid back but still rye. strong spice at first but mellows into some kind of chocolate covered fruit. maybe an orange nougat?

nose is heavy vanilla, cherry, and dark chocolate, some leather at the end. taste is very rich, with more cherry and chocolate. finish is long with some cinnamon and oak. it's very well rounded, and excellent

nose is some bready notes with some floral, maybe sweet notes, like honey on an apple. taste is great, rich and a bit oily, with sweet cereal and spice from the barrels at the end.

I get some pear and a bit of brine on the nose. taste is wonderful mix of pear, salt and peat, with some bready notes as the finish. not super rich and oily, middle of the road across basically everything

nose is a bit waxy, like a sweet floral wax. taste is pretty spicy initially, but it moves to sweet honey and cereal. a bit of peat lingers toward the end. decently good

nose is campfire with savory smoked meat. taste is more dark fruit, toffee, and vanilla. I could sit and smell it almost without ever drinking it
