Nose: malt, peach, vanilla Mouth: banana, mango, cherry, sugar cookies, Very smooth finish with notes of banana, mango, and butterscotch

Nose: sea air, smoke, cherries, oysters Mouth: strong salt, seaside oils, smoked fish, campfire, peach and hay undertones Finish: seaweed, butterscotch, a little dry It's very different from the last few Cairdeas releases, but very much a Laphroaig. Resembles a longer aged scotch with fewer nuances - light on the stone fruit, peat of expect from an aged Laphroaig. I can see the salt/brine being too much for some. It's different, but I like it. Mixing up the amount of water I add to reassess, a few drops to a splash based on the proof. It is growing on me.

Nose of caramel, leather, sea salt. Mouth of sugar cookies, brine, some oiliness and peat without it becoming overpowering. Cherry pie and dried seaweed and smoke finish

Nose: tobacco, stone fruit, slight peat and lingering alcohol Mouth: smoke forward, cherry, malt, sweet vanilla crackers (nila wafers?) and mineral water. Red wine Finish: a little spicy, grilled cherries and pork, and tobacco

Raspberry, fudge, seaweed, pepper asphalt nose. Butterscotch, pine tar, peat mouth. Hay dried fruits and fudge finish

Bubble gum, ripe banana nose. Crisp apple, praline, vanilla, honey mouth. Warm rich cherry and citrus finish

Nose: farm on the ocean breeze, peach, macerated smoked cherries Mouth: typical Islay phenols (peat, iodine, smoke) with some stone fruit Finish: wisps of peat with some spiciness without the alcohol bite, burning hay, peach

Nose: pear, apple, hay, campfire in ocean breeze, Mouth: brine, oak, slightly medicinal, sweet toasted almonds. A hint of pepper and tobacco Finish: slightly spicy, with lingering peat and smoke, but not overwhelming
