This stuff is completely dumb. Its the one note carmel/vanilla sweetness you expect from CR with some mesquite smoke that’s not very convincing. Its crap, but that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy it. Im dumb.

This is a basic Irish blend, and the price is right in line with the Big 3 (Tullamore, Jameson, Bushmills) at just under $30 in Oregonistan pesos. It REALLY punches above its weight. Lots of pot still and sherry cask character in this one along with the typical butter biscuit, honey, and pastry notes. If you like Irish whisky at all...you’ll be sorry if you don’t pick up a bottle!

Butterscotch, malt, lemon zest are the main things I get. The finish is a LOT like a Werther’s Original. Not a bad little malt, definitely friendly and enjoyable. Won’t present a challenge, just a nice easy drinker.

Bang for buck, this may be the best buy in all of Irish whisky right now. It’s normally $33 in OR, but on sale it’s $29–same as Tullamore or Jameson at regular price. For a heavily sherried single malt that’s a smokin deal. It stands strong against pricier Irish single malts, with that delicious pot still character following the initial hit of dark fruit and oak. My only gripe is the 40% ABV...this at 43-50% would be an absolute world beater!

Reminds me some of Glenmorangie 10 with the soft floral meadow, vanilla and malt notes but also of Talisker with the briny coastal notes. There’s a bit of citrus zest in there, I couldn’t find much peat to speak of. Very enjoyable whisky and well worth the $40 it costs here in Oregon.

DAMN fine TN sipping whiskey. I prefer Dickel 12 to Jack Daniel’s but they’re really pretty different. This has less spikiness but the maple flavor really sets it off nicely. A great sipper.

The rebranded teal label Burnside Bourbon is a FAR better product than the old ‘Ambrose’ version pictured. Super oaky with cinnamon notes. It’s an aggressive bourbon but not harsh. And a damn fine Oregon product.

Really nice and clean easy drinking bourbon. Nearly as good as the Wellers but without the bullishit.

One of my favorite bourbons. It’s a little spendy for bourbon but that mega punch of vanilla and clean finish are unique. Comparably good to the Wellers but without the hype or wild goose chase.

Excellent wheater bourbon but DAMN the recent price hike to $50 and the supply going from treasure hunt to good luck is just stupid. Hype has made a damn good bourbon not worth the BS.
