Nose: Fruity (mix of dark and tart berries; cranberries, plum, raspberry), sherry, dried fruit ( old raisins), black tea, candied fruits (apple), caramel apple, grapefruit, herbal grassy notes and a hint of rich tobacco, old oak, red liquorice, werthers original caramel, hops skunkiness, rye fruitiness and spiciness (spicy cinnamon on tangy apples), pine tree, a light and smooth liquor infused caramel (a la crown royal), a good dose of malty milk chocolate (a high quality creamy hot cocoa mix), very light rubbery/leather note, chalky chocolate, hint of strawberry and blueberry marmalade, bit of a chlorine and pleasantly sweet chemical scent, sweet mint, candied oranges Palate: Candied orange, old oak, rye fruits (ripe yet tangy red apples, cherries, red grapes, also semi sweet strawberry), mixed ground peppercorns, red liquorice, black tea, hint of vanilla, cinnamon and paprika light spiciness, mild sugar syrup and honey dense sweetness Finish: Very pleasant red apple sweetness, oak and rye spice bitterness, dry oak woodiness, a hint of apple and strawberry jam

Nose: Rich bonfire smoke, peat, coastal vegetation, dark chocolate, smoked honey ham, coffee, vanilla, slight honey, a bit of dried fruit and oakiness, tar and barrel char, oil, a hint of candied citrus peel, salty sea water and brine, surf Palate: Tar, iodine, sweet raisins, bonfire smoke, peat, a strong yet comforting sweet-salty brine reminiscent of the sea, lemon peel, cask bitterness, wood spice, a hint of smoked ham, honey Finish: Bonfire smoke, peat, dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, dates, apricots), medicinal notes, a smoky briney-sweet flavour that is perfectly intertwined remains for a while, rubber, chlorine, iodine, gunpowder (think cap gun shots), a bit of oak is there too, sweet syrup, slight hint of peach
