This didn't wow me, in part because I'd already had Nikka Coffey which I think shares some of the local botanicals.

Quality stuff but had the misfortune to be tried side by side with plymouth navy strength, which I preferred. I would try this again, but probably won't rush out to buy a bottle.

I prefer Bombay Sapphire but I've grown to appreciate this more. I can definitely see how it's become the standard for so many.

Very spice forward with a striking flavor that made me think of an everything bagel, which probably sounds bad but I mean it as a compliment. It was different for sure. Good in tonic or with a splash of pinapple juice over ice.

My all time favorite. A bit pricey for the bottle, but a crisp, unique flavor makes it stand out. My favorite gin and tonic. Savory garnishes like sage are excellent in a g&t, as there are already plenty of citrus notes in there.
