Tastes

This bourbon has a lot of youthful corn sweetness upfront. The mid-palate presents bit of apricot, pear, and even some peaches (maybe). A slight nutty and cereal finish with little to no burn. Not bad at all, very fruit forward and delicate. *Excellent summer dram!!*

This whiskey gives me candy bar vibes! I get loads of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla nougat! On the finish I’m getting some baking spiced roasted nuts and stellar oak undertones.

Not a fan! Just comes off as bitter, dry, and the finish is rather astringent. Had a few different drinks prior that could’ve changed the flavor profile. *May report back to it later.

I got a lot of peanut, caramel, and sweet corn. Very well balanced with a great mouthfeel. Only knock is the ethanol finish that really hangs on in the background.

I want to really like this one so badly. I get a lot of grass, earthy, and oak notes on the palate. Some corn and butterscotch sweetness as well. Not my favorite, but a decent sipper.

Amazing bourbon! I get huge cherry coke vibes with loads of all spice! The finish is spot on!

I’m getting a lot of fresh plum up front! Honey and sweet creamed corn on the mid palate! Bake spices and oak char is very dominant on the finish!

Glad I bought this bottle! Tastes like buttery maple syrup pancakes with a few dashes of cinnamon and brown sugar to top it off! Amazingly delicious..

Extremely balanced. A really good sipper. I got raisins, mixed nuts, and fruits. The finish is sweet and simple. (More peat and spice would take this to another level)
