Nose is a LOT of fruit! Think berries and sugar and cream sprinkled on top First sip its like a fruit explosion and then the slightest whisp of smoke, but like barrel char or camp fire not peat like. Overalli i really like this! Ill buy again

Nose: that sherry comes through very strong of like the macintosh candles from yankee candle company turning to a malt funkiness Sip: starts very sweet then gets a tart berry like flavor that lingers to like barrel spices. Salt and more maltiness follows on the second sip lingering around a bit (Edit) Butterscotch. Lots of butterscotch now that its had a chance to breath. Im really enjoying this Finish: medium length of the fruits and almost raisin quality

I echo the tasting notes from the pro; musty, sweet, floral nose with a sweet ceral sip. Good value for sure!

Smoke at first turns to a malty cereal note, like honey on oats. Slight medicinal mineral notes appear on the finish. For the price its excellent

I get it now. The smoke, iodine, medicinal quality which turns to honey, sea salt (like salt air) and a finish that longers of honey and smoke. I get it

The nose has it for me. I can enjoy it much longer than actually sipping the whisky. Such a rich nose with warm ripe or even cooked fruits, a whisp ever so slight of smoke, and then just a malted milkball quality. The sip brings more malt, then almost more of a citrus fruit like a ripe florida naval orange or even a cutie! Finish lingers with that malt mustiness. I really dig it

It feels a bit like a bourbon drinkers irish whisky. Rich with vanilla and spiced apples, brown sugar, and that malt mustiness. Finish is medium and a bit of cinnamon candies linger

This is an excellent everyday bourbon. Great mixer and great neat. Spicy, oak tannins, vanilla, dark brown sugar and an herbal quality that also comes through. Just really dig it.
