Leather, cherry, vanilla and cinnamon the nose. Classic bourbon on the nose, which I'm not mad at, but at the same time- is not going to cause my cock to move. Taste is what is expected. Alcohol definitely settles in the taste. Decent bourbon taste, but as mentioned this will keep my wang stationary. The finish is decent, but not left with much to add to my imagination. Loved it on the first taste, but lost it's thug thizzle after that. Getting strong banana and honey on the nose, a little oaky as well. Receive similar notes on the taste. Finish is "sweet heat" definitely feel that etoh, but those lovey sweet notes carry it home (with that alcohol riding shotgun.) (barrels and brews store pick.) Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland
Reviewed May 23, 2019 (edited August 9, 2019)5 star gang. The nose is just the start on this one, that tasteful tobacco and pleasant fruit notes. Baked apple pie sitting on the window ledge, waiting for someone to walk by and sneak a bite- still on the nose. Taste- all those fruits come alive and the spices, oh my Ggg. That apple pie turns to apple custard, like a caterpillar going through metamorphosis. The finish comes to a proper resolution with all the fuckery that has taken place with the nose and taste. Final Vedict: 9.5/10, but that's just me on this one, speaking as subjectively as possible. Try a pour while you're out first before committing to the bottle. I did this a handful of times and was sold almost instantly.80.0 USD per Bottle -
Number one question-can the feds get us? No, but shoutout Hov. The number one question is actually could this be my favorite Compass Box Whisky? Short answer is no, but dependent on my mood, the weather, the time of the year and a myriad of other variables, that answer could change. The allure of the bottle is a good place to start; shit looks eloquent, but approachable. The nose provides vanilla and some citrus off top. Also smells like a pan being prepped with some melted coconut oil. The palate is rich and creamy and I can taste the grain- and i dig it. Spice at the finish also gives it some preferential treatment for me. Final Verdict: 8.5-8.75 out of 10. I enjoy it and am going to savor this bottle, but am not going to rush and re-up when this is finished. Good bottle to have for occasions.115.0 USD per Bottle

Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed May 13, 2019 (edited August 20, 2019)Safe to admit, I slept on this bourbon. I guess using all of the great shit I've had from Willett as a point of reference did some harm on this one. This is a well above average whiskey. Smoky and spicy, but will not stand to be characterized by just that. It's more than just it's looks, it has a personality, damnit! The nose: chocolate, coconut, vanilla, and cake batter. The palate offers some oak, vanilla and melted caramel. Not some shit that's about to be drizzled on a nice ass dessert plate, I'm talking melted Rolo's boiling in your car on a summer day. Still great nonetheless. Floral and caramel on a finish that can last. Final Verdict: 7-7.5/10. This whiskey is worth being at the low-mid level price range. If you haven't, try it. This bottle will last for me and that's okay. Will I buy again? Probably not, but I'll enjoy while it's here.35.0 USD per Bottle
