    Pleasant hit of vanilla oak and brown sugar upfront. Rich and smooth with a clean finish; there's a bit of heat but certainly no harshness.

    Opens very rich with vanilla and brown sugar flavours. Does not finish as well as it opens as there is some herbal/floral harshness that sets this one back.

    Some nice soft honey type sweetness upfront, but it does finish nearly as well as it starts with some somewhat harsh floral notes muddling things.

    Having this really fresh is honestly a bit of a revelation. There are some fruity notes (black cherry) accenting the distinct vegetal base. Cynar is underrated.

    Quintessential alpine style amaro. Mint overlay, but it doesn't dominate. Sweet cola-esque mid-palate. Lovely alpine herbal finish. Very subtle cocoa.

    I love the cucumber notes in Hendrick's. Very vegetal gin, but cucumber stands out most. A little bit of a harsh burn in the finish.

    Great baseline mezcal. Drinks clean with the classic burnt rubber type notes. And I understand that "burnt rubber" doesn't sound appealing, but for a mezcal drinker it works!
