light smell, slightly smoky and vanilla, pine and cabbage? Very nice mix though. Surprising first taste. Oily, salted and peppered. Adding water and the whisky literally opens. Gets less oily and heavy on the tongue. Also less spicy and a bit more fruity. No trace of the vanilla or the smoke though. Finishes with peppers and light citrus fruits tastes.5.85 GBP per Shot

At the nose a lot of smell can be discovered. At first a bit smoky (not peated) and salty. Then vanilla, fruits (with a big apple smell) cream. First slip is incredibly sweet and smoky flavours get into the mouth. Medium-full body. Oily and salty of sea algae. Adding some water drops (not too much because it is already great without and sweet no matter the ABV) helps increase the salty smell at the nose unfortunately we loose the very good fresh cut apple smell. At the palate it gets more oily (which I personally like) and a bit more fruity. The smoky taste disappears a bit for a peppery finish. Not the best whisky I've had but a very good one nevertheless865.0 GBP per Shot

Very strong and powerful nose shows a high ABV though sweet, like marshmallows. Very Very light vanilla, seems slightly smoky. First taste confirms the first smell this is a strong malt. The oily is mixed with salty notes which let a mighty presence on the tongue even if the whisky doesn't have a very full body. Citrus fruits seen to be the origin of the marshmallow smells even if we were expecting more red fruits like grenadine. All other taste remind the classics malted barley, oak and vanilla. A wee bit fidgy at the nose and on the palate.9.5 GBP per Shot

Good malt. The Cask strength was not very strong, there was no burning mounth. Smell of peat and kougelhopf with slightly smoked and grapes. Taste a bit salty but not too much. The peat is very present with the oak and full body grape liquor of the whisky. Long finish. The peat taste last long after the tasting.7.65 GBP per Pour
