Nose: light overall, floral, vanilla sweetness, some red fruits, bit sulfury Palate: starts with caramel sweetness and moderate spices, which becomes peppery pungent towards the finish, just like with the 10 yr old Finish: sweetness and peppery notes fade away quickly, only oaky bitterness remain, and some sourness, like after drinking beer. Some salt.

Floral, fruity., warming spices, orange peel (sometimes more like cherry) Palate: red fruits, nuts, ginger getting dominant from mid-palate, bit smoky and some sweetness (for me more chocolate than honey) Finish: some typical highland park tobacco, but very much in the background, some smoke and chocolate, brine, bitterness

Nose: bit acetony upfront, nutmeg, floral, red berries Palate: rough, peppery Finish: pepper, oak, bitterness, tartness, fudge

Nose: smoky vanilla, ash, floral, pear Palate: pepper, orchard fruits (pear), ash, caramel, super oily Finish: smoke, pepper, mouth covering, long, little bit bitter, tobacco, salt

Nose: peat, oak, floral, citrus, vanilla Palate: ginger upfront, smoky towards the end, citrus in the background Finish: sweet, smoky, bitter tobacco lingers

Nose: smoke heavy upfront, later on more wine-ish, some red berries and warming spices. Bit aggressive. Vanilla sweetness in the background. Palate: smoke upfront, spicy mid palate, sweetness. Finish: creamy, balanced, smoke and sweetness remains longer. Briny in the same time.
