nose: warming spices, oak, caramel sweetness, herbal quality palate: immediate spices and sweetness which becomes pungent, creamy texture finish: long, spicy, later on warming, drying dark chocolate remains longer delicious and in line with the name. delivers feeling that reminds me a bit like rye whiskies

Reviewed April 17, 2021 (edited June 1, 2021)Nose: berries, citrus, vanilla. Not too sweet. Bit tart. Smoke, briny, cinnamon Palate: starts very smooth, then raisins, pungent spices. Oily, caramel, briny. Finish: long, pepper spiciy, oaky, slight bitterness. Tutti frutty. More bitterness during subsequent sips. Like real dark chocolate.herbal Brown sugar sweetness. One of the most oaky/bitter finish I tasted so far.Maglód -
Nose: ethanol. Intense. Sweetness (caramel), oak, dirt. With water some floral notes. Palate: pungent spices, sweetness. There is an rvolution, starting friendly, light, then nuts and intense sweetness to pungent spicyness. Finish: sweet, pungent, little bit oaky and dry, tart. Medium long first, later on longer, lasted for a minute or two.Maglód

Palate: vanilla sweetness, very friendly first, then baking spices from late palate to mid finish. Finish: long. Dry, nuts. Then herbal/bitter quality remains long. Reviewed March 16, 2021 (edited August 16, 2022)Exactly what expected: some extra added to the normal Writers' Tears bringing bit more complexity. Nose: sandalwood.spiky. warming spices, sweet. Melone. Citrus. Palate: soft, biscuity/grainy first. Sweet. Juicy in mid palate then pungent. Finish: intense for a short time then, woody, a little bit drying. Ginger. Sweet. Dryness and sweetness remain longer. Water adds vanilla on nose, softens palate a bit. Ginger remains longer on finish.Maglód
