Tastes

Sweet fruity nose, grainy and green apple, just enough spice throughout that pops at the end, fruity throughout. Really nice balanced bourbon, great pour.

Color is light. Nose is strong, with heavy notes of fruit (orange and cherry) maybe some fig newton and young grain. Its young but not terribly noticable. Definitely sweet, i can see the honey note. Shorter or medium finish. Nice, first try at the pinhook line

Lots of oak, lots of spice, a little bit of fruit. Want a little more balance but solid

Very different than 2021. Weirdly get some cherry kool aide mixed with floral notes and oak.

Nose is the best part of the bourbon. Double oaked with additional sweet notes but not overwhelming. Balanced and delicious

Phenomenal all around. Nose is sweet and smooth. Taste is honey nut cheerios with banana and some malty grain

Smooth and fruity throughout with notes of vanilla and chocolate. Excellent and approachable

“Neck pour” if you beleive in that. Nose is minty and floral. Taste is balanced. Nothing especially stands out but its well above an average pour. Not a lot of spice, some sweet, some spice. I think this actually benefits from not being high proof, but maybe thats also holding it back just slightly..? Very enjoyable if found for a good price. Plus you get a cool decantor when the bottle is empty.

A pretty good balance between spice and vanilla. Some mint and fruit pops in and out. Medium linger. Very solid

Not a bad offering from Wyoming Whsikey. The 100 proof is nice. Nose and taste both offer a lot of mint, oak, wintergreen gum. The taste is also rounded out with vanilla and fruit (fig newton, strawberry kiwi). Its stronng at first, then lingers nicely. Different, but very solid.
