Tastes

Spicy! This one smells beautifil but hits the palate with a load of spice. I prefer to let this one sit for five to ten minutes and even then itpacks a nice punch. Sweet vanilla softens it up with some nice barrel influnce upon second tasting.

Far too sweet. It is a smooth drinking whiskey and could be easily pleasing to those with a sweet tooth. Needs more barrel influence.

I give this a four because of its potential. Great nose but what I lovemost is the barrel influence . Back to that note on potential; I would like to see this with a bit more age and a higher proof. All in all its a solid dram with big things to come

A bold and spicey rye with an unexpectedly clean finish. This one is lively and entertaining! This rye is great as a mixer or neat.

Alcohol burn with mild sweetness. Well balaced but plain.

Very floral and pleasing in the nose. The proof is decieving as This whiskey is very smooth and easy drinking. Sweetness and char abound on the palate with a fantastic slight burn at the end. A truly tastey bourbon!

Smooth sweet and easy going. Sweet and slightly spicey nose and the same is found on the palate. Clean slightly dry finish. A good all around bourbon

Nose is Carmel vanilla sweetness. On the palate these flavors continue with the addition of spice and a faint bit of barrel char. This bourbon finishes quick and is off the tounge before you know it. Every sip leaves you wanting another if only to coat the tounge once more with that classic bourbon flavor.
