Nose: Vanilla, chocolate, orange, caramel, apple, and cardamom. Palate: Vanilla, caramel, apple, cardamom. Very similar to the nose - essentially caramel apple spice in a glass. Some cocoa hints on the palate coming through. Toasted wood tones are there too. Creamy mouthfeel that lingers on that palate.

Pinhook Bohemian Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed September 11, 2021 (edited September 29, 2021)Nose: Walnuts, fresh cut grass, cloves, and caramel. More floral on the nose than sweet. Palate: Green tea, walnuts, orange zest, slight caramel which provides a bit of sweetness towards the end. Unfortunately not a fan of this. A very floral heavy bourbon that has a bit of caramel sweetness on the finish which seems to be its only redeeming quality to me. -
