Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 10, 2022 (edited August 29, 2022)Nose: oak, apple, sweet caramel Palate: no real depth of flavor. Surely an easy sip. Some oak, some bright fruitiness. Finish: chocolate, leather and oak. Some nuttiness Enjoyable sip but overall pretty forgetful. Glad I got to try but wouldn’t pay for a pour or buy a bottle -

Reviewed February 10, 2022Nose: chocolate fudge and mint spice dominate, brown sugar/vanilla/caramel, some fruit sweetness Palate: caramel apple, nice bright fruit sweetness with some acidity. Proof is on display beautiful. Cinnamon and apple Finish: hot, all chocolate and leather. Nice balanced oak. Would for sure buy this again. Best four roses I’ve ever had. Wow, 8 on the t8ke scale -
Nose: oak and cinnamon are prominent. Layers of ethanol, vanilla, brown sugar Palate: spice, pepper, and summer fruits. Nice balanced richness with crazy mouthfeel. Finish: straight dark chocolate, leather, oak, spice. Finish lingers long but medium in strength Certainly better than the SiB but not by a large amount. Proof is perfect. The mouthfeel and creaminess is the real winner here. 7 on the t8ke scale
