Basil Hayden Red Wine Cask Finish

The red wine from the finishing really takes this over. Closer to a fortified red wine than a whiskey. You feel the tannins immediately and the finish is as if you just had a glass of merlot. If you're in the mood for a red wine, but also whiskey, then do this.

Smooth, with velvety hints of red wine. Great as a dessert sipper.

You dont have to love red wine to love this bourbon but it helps. Fruity and smooth with a jab of sweet that doesn’t come from the fruity notes. A lovely surprise of a bottle. Will really enjoy this to the last drop.

I really need more if this to judge. I love BH so im sure this is great.
