Nose: The nose isn't too complex with obviously honey being the predominant scent with cotton candy and corn notes filling in the space. Basically, from start to finish this flavored whiskey is sweet!
Taste: The taste is as you would most likely expect: strong sweet honey, but also the bourbon's natural vanilla and corn notes with a hint of oak shine through. This whiskey has no burn and leaves you with a sugary yet almost cough syrupy finish.
Opinion: This whiskey is kinda special to me because one of my friends bought me a bottle for my bachelor party last summer. It was a very special time. I think this is a very simple yet good summertime whiskey. My wife and I are planning to mix some of this with some lemonade later this summer (maybe for having guests over, maybe just for us). Neat it's not bad, but there are better options for sure. But if you want a sweet simple introductory whiskey or mixer, look no further. Cheers!
