Reallly good. Lots of peat and smoke, along with vanilla, citrus, malt, honey. Complex and great balance between the smoke and the sweetness.

Nose: smoke, an earthy/dank peat. A bit of sweet vanilla and oak. A tiny bit of citrus, maybe orange blossom? Palate: full bodied. This time around im getting a pronounced sweetness. Some salinity, almost a seaweed note. The peat is there a bit on the front, not getting as much smoke and peat as last time. Definitely a hotter whisky, but not unmanageable. Theres a bit of orange here as well. Some oak and barrel notes too, vanilla and some wood tannin Finish: a bit phenolic and oily, warm for sure. Slight rubber.
