Yellowstone Kentucky Straight Bourbon Finished in Marsala Casks (2022 Limited Edition)

Nose - Ethanol peanut brittle spicy pepper cinnamon. Perfectly cooked toast. Palate - Nutty and oaky off the tip of the palate thats followed up with a vanilla cream. Little leather at the end. Finish - Finish is medium with a thick cream taste/feeling.

Candied cinnamon and old oak. Cinnamon continues in palate. Oak and toffee brittle. Mild finish.

Nose: Orange peel, oak, Candied almond, Brown sugar, Caramel, Vanilla, Toffee Palate: Dry orange peel, Vanilla, Honey, Coats the palate nicely and is pleasantly drying with a touch of oak midpalate. Finish: Gentle hug with a sweet candied orange peel, vanilla, and sweet oak. Very nice finish that is not powerful, but gentle, caressing and sweet.

Sweet citrus nose. Heavy fruit like fog and raisin. Palette: sweet with peanut and citrus upfront. More fig and caramel, slight almond flavor with honey. Marsala in the finish. Oak tannins to finish
