Interspersed is coriander, dill, cinnamon, allspice, bright fruit notes like lime or lemon. chocolate comes through Taste: spicy, dill, meets burnt chocolate malt, meets caramel and has a party while smoking a cigar. Nose after resting: wine nose has diminished, is now balanced with the whiskey as a counterpoint for attention. Strawberry, lemon, blueberry, pepper, baking spices, red grape or grape gummy, vanilla cookies , milk and chocolate milk, orange candy, butterscotch, honey Taste, begins with a buttery, strawberry, butterscotch, black pepper, vanilla cookies, caramel blast, now blackberry vinous, back to a butterscotch and caramel, chocolate milk finish. Explodes into massive caramel, vanilla oakiness with some subtle fruit, pepper in the background. Raspberry note bright and then overripe comes in later. A minty ness on the tongue through the finish, powdered sugar. Walnut. Chocolate milk late. Moderately long finish. -

Some spices at the end and tropical fruit notes. Tastes are subtle as are the aromas on this. They seem to get better and linger longer with later sips. -
