Typical speyside single malt. Wasn’t too impressed.

Has a funky smell that I can’t really put my finger on it. It’s very dark fruity & honey malty dominant on the pallet and easy to consume. Not my favorite whiskey, but enjoyable.

Delicious Irish whisky. It is so easy to drink. Almost like drinking apple juice. Sweet apple floral smells and flavors are dominant. It’s like you are walking into a botanical garden. I can easily drink the whole bottle neat even though I shouldn’t.

A very good scotch that’s close to an Island whisky more than a one from highlands. The 86 proof hits the spot. Honey malty notes are dominant. And a little bit of salt and acidic taste bring the balance to the flavor profile. You can taste the peat but not so much on the nose. Complex enough yet easy to drink.

Probably one of the tastiest bourbon I’ve ever tried. On the nose the new oak was dominant with delicious sweetness of vanilla and apple. On the pallet it is very similar to the nose and very friendly. A bit of a bite thanks to the 90 proof and a whiff of spice. Love it!

Very drinkable. Not so much complexity. Fruity notes are dominant. Sweet apple and honey. I think this will be a great entry whisky for anyone who wants to get into scotch. The original is a great bottle to share with friends. Zero hangover.

Good bourbon. Bit spicy, but sweet is dominant. Almost no after taste. I like the vanilla and wood notes.

Smokey and sweet. Dense and complex. I love the combination. Salt on the pallet is lovely too. One of my favorite Islay whiskies. Still don’t know how to pronounce Uigeadail. P.S. tasting it after an almost year. Woah! First whiff I get burnt tire and it tasted like salty tire too. After letting it breath a bit I found the sweet smoke I loved the first time I tried it. I had a few sweet scotches before this. So I was probably not acclimated to the strong peat smoke.
