    Aroma is deep and rich, berry and wood. Complex, smells aged. Maple syrup on top, wood and spice on bottom. Has a little tang at the end too, like green apple maybe. Chocolate notes, rich and enjoyable.

    I feel like my mouth just got hit by a truck. Powerful spice and vanilla, the cider cask adds brightness. Bright and sparkling, super unique. Medium body, and a little one dimensional with the light cider flavor, but that dimension isn't one you see often. Super high proof, might need water.

    Deep wood and spice aroma. Smells musty and old. Body is much thinner than anticipated, but it's an assault of flavor. Feels like I'm licking a barrel. In a good way. Wood dominates, wish it was richer, but still love the power.

    Light Sherry aroma but i also smell something darker, like tobacco, which is weird. Heavy sweetness on the tongue, rich to the point of syrupy. Fruity and sweet, caramel as well. Mild spice underneath and the tannin tang of the sherry. Bold flavors but a little overwhelming and unbalanced.

    Dark graham cracker and wood, oak and darker wood on the tongue. Minor sweetness, mostly wood flavor. Enjoyable.

    Musty with a bit of fruit, bright against the dark. Much spicer on the tongue than expected, fruit also shining through pretty strong. They blend well, excellent balance. Medium body, expected more though.

    Super dark aroma, ancient wood, mahogany and complexity. Excellent power, the flavors dominate, but I wish it had a bit more richness to carry it. Still incredibly good, just one tiny bit missing. Almost there.

    Dark rich cherry aroma I always get from Elijah Craig. Fiery caramel on the tongue, good body but not quite enough. Good spice, and that same cherry flavor. Fiery and tasty, kind of like a less spicy four roses.

    Sweet thick caramel aroma. Some of the wine complexity coming through. Wonderful flavors from the red wine, gives it a unique flavor. Classic westland richness letting all rhe flavors olay out well. Very nice.

    Complex, musty, woody, deep aroma. Magnificent flavors, wood and butterscotch, perfectly blended. Sweetness and richness compliment each other perfectly. This is wonderful. Heavy peat, earthy vs campfire. My favorite Westland expression yet.
