Reviewed November 2, 2023 (edited November 23, 2023)Nose: this smells like chocolate cake (chocolate, caramel, vanilla) with raspberry filling. Get a smoky oak. Bit-O-Honey candy, Black Pepper. Palate: chocolate, rasberry shows back up, its got a touch of a “jack” note i dont love of black plastic. Finish: long lasting smoky mocha note. Love the nose and finish on this. Palate doesnt quite live up to either. 84/100 -

Reviewed October 26, 2023 (edited November 23, 2023)Nose: Holy sweetness. Peanutbutter, chocolate, vanilla (fudge is a good descrition) its rich but also has a ton of spice to balance it out. Nutmeg and black licorice. All with a big bold oak note in between. Sometthing about this reminds me of a fantastic nutty barrel aged stout beer. Palate: sweet bread and oak with that sweet nutty note. Sweet overall, but i get some tobacco too. Black licorice as well. Slight citrus notes and something fresh like basil or mint. A lot going on with this one. Finish: Sweet vanilla and caramel with all that spice. Then a nice oak note. This is really fantastic. 90/100 -

Get some of the citrus and something fresh like a sprig of mint or basil. Finish: Sweet chalky vanilla and oak.32.0 USD per Pour -

Reviewed October 16, 2023Nose: big sweet nose overall, notes of chewy caramel into a big creamy vanilla, and then rye and malt play back in forth between cinnamon and a malted milk ball (whoppers candy) note. Comes off very rich. Palate: Rich sweet notes of toffee and vanilla that does a hard shift to something that reminds me of a hazy ipa. Big citrus and almost a hop note. Reviewed October 15, 2023Nose: crazy fresh oak, underripe banana, and then this smoky smores things going on. There is some spice and black pepper in there as well. Complex nose. Palate: I get some cherry, spice, then those smores notes. Finish: Super long with a pretty good burn with spice and this cherry ice cream note. Its delicious. -

Reviewed October 6, 2023Nose: fruity notes came through first with this, strawberry, raspberry sno come, and something tropical like mango. Sweet vanilla, savory oak, and a hint of cinnamon. Palate: creamy vanilla and bright cinnamon spice. Finish: touch of that mango note, vanilla, spice, and this tart tobacco note. Crazy complex and an easy drinker. Good spring time bourbon. -

Palate: Oily mouthfeel where chocolate shines. Touch of spice Finish: creamy chocolate and a touch of raspberry. Finishes last a while. This is fantastic, not many “Jack” notes to this. Chocolate bomb. -

Reviewed September 16, 2023Nose: nose has some old bourbon noted of drying tobacco, and earthy note, smoky oak, all over a subtle vanilla. Palate: It drinks sweeter than the nose leads on with vanilla leading the way. Some caramel and Finish: that smoky oak shows back up with a touch if berries lots of vailla. -

Reviewed April 24, 2023 (edited November 23, 2023)Nose: awesome nose giving off caramel apple, and apple pie with a dop of vanilla ice cream. Palate: vanilla shows up in a big way, but some of the oak and tobacco notes shine mid palate. Finish: drys up with a touch of vanilla, oak, and baking spices.
