Nose- sugary sweetness of the corn and a bit of astringent Body- Astringent with some creamy caramel. Tastes younger than it is due to the high corn content. Finish- Pretty flat. Honestly there is sweet corn and grassiness in the finish. Not bad for what it is. Add a few drops of water and the vanilla really comes out.

Note- Thick molasses and soy sauce. Body- Whooo! This one will punch you in the throat hard. Molasses and soy sauce continue. There is a lot of spice on it op of all of that. Finish- More of a feel than a taste. My taste buds are going nuts on both sides of my tongue. Added ice- so nice! Vanilla and cinnamon balance one another. This all culminates in a pecan pie finish. Delicious with one cube of ice! Buy this!

Smooth Ambler Old Scout Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon 11 Year
Bourbon — USA
Reviewed July 27, 2018Nose- The rye comes through immediately. Cinnamon and dark chocolate. Body- Very easy to drink but punches the shit out of your tongue I guess, in a good way. Finish- Mint and black pepper finish you off. Note- Recommended by John Hirsh who we met at the bar. Note- This was actually the twelve year. I had it at Bluegrass Tabern in Lexington KY. -
Nose- Very mellow. Doesn’t attack your nose. Instead it just eases in. Caramel and... green apple. How is this possible? Do all BT products remind me of green apple? This is a wheater for God’s sake. Body- Very easy drinking bourbon. There are notes of honey and caramel that reminds me of honey nut Cheerios. Increasingly... yep... green apple is there as well. Finish- Caramel with some nutty bitterness on the end. Eventually there is an aftertaste of apple juice. Note- There is a lot of spice here. This is a tongue tingler but it is all tied together by a creamy viscousness of caramel and honey. Edited: 7-23-1960.0 USD per Bottle

Nose- Strong brown sugar sweetness. Body- The brown sugar is very prominent and gives way to caramel covered green apple. There is a really peppery mouthfeel too that hits your tongue like pop rocks. Finish- You really end with the green apple. Honestly the finish is the best part. Note- Sherri you were right on this one. It is delicious!120.0 USD per Bottle

First bourbon of Angel’s Tears 2018! We had a great tour and pour our own. Nose- Vanilla and wood notes Body- Vanilla comes through strongly with dark chocolate and raisin like a candy bar. Finish- Ripened plum and blood orange come through here. Notes- overall this is a nice pour. I really like it in the Henderson! I am not usually a cocktail guy but the Henderson is going to happen at home.50.0 USD per Bottle
