👃 walnuts with vanilla and a little banana and raisins 👄 The banana comes through much stronger here. Very unique and smooth for the proof. 🏁 A little hotter with some of those raisin and walnut notes

I think this is no longer produced, but it was a good one 👃 Sweet, lower proof. Honey with a nice rye note 👄 Classic bourbon palate. Nice and smooth 🏁 Caramel goodness

Writing this review from my notes. I think this was the 10 year 👃 Dark cherry with a little 🍊/🍋 citrus 👄 Sweet wheat with a little tannin 🏁 Sweet flowers with a slight oakiness

👃 chives, parsley, and a little bit of rye spice 👄 Very different than the nose. More traditional cinnamon, vanilla, and wheat 🏁 Sweeter finish with a bit of that rye note from the nose

👃 mesquite 👄 Just bitter. Not a fan. I expected more oaky goodness for a bottle with 14 yr old whiskey 🏁 I guess the mesquite I got on the nose could really be the oak + proof

Full disclosure: not actually sure which batch I tried 👃 High proof with a lil caramel 👄 Definitely needs an ice cube or drop of water to open it up, but I'm getting white grape and too much tannin neat 🏁 Surprisingly sweet finish given the high proof I'd like to try again with a small ice cube

👃 just spicy. Maybe a lil wheat 👄 Quite complex given the lame nose. Basil, chocolate covered bananas. 🏁 Roses, dark cherry, roasted walnuts

👃 Rye bread, burnt sugar, a little bit of happiness 👄 Sweet caramel melted into saffron tea. 🏁 ... 🍉, But light it on fire? The single barrel store picks are just fantastic if you like ryes

👃 cherries and new leather. Maybe ripe green grapes mixed wit some apple juice. I fux wit it 👄 More apple juice. Less complex than the nose, but still yummy 🏁 Pear. Maybe a lil vanilla, but still not as complex as the nose. I'ma keep this one on the shelf, but don't love it as much as expected tonight.

👃 spicier than expected, but if I work at it, I can get some vanilla and nectarine 👄 Not super impressed. Peach? 🏁 Not feeling it. Still a little citrus, but I'm getting... Dirt? Rotten brussel sprouts?
