Larceny Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch A122
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed June 9, 2022 (edited July 28, 2022)@twostal On the nose I get orange, pecan pie, nutmeg, cheesecake, caramel, apple, clove, oak, vanilla and leather. Smooth, rich and spicy on the palate; flavors of orange, cinnamon and other spices, caramel, black pepper, pecan pie, vanilla, oak and dried sweet fruits. Long hot finish. Really good stuff. My wife makes an amazing pecan pie cheesecake that I find well represented here. That and strong orange. Rich and delicious. -

Hell-Cat Maggie Irish Whiskey
Single Pot Still — (bottled in USA), Ireland
Reviewed June 3, 2022 (edited January 10, 2023)On the nose toast, ethanol, honey, toffee, grain and a touch of lemon, but ultimately quite faint. Sweet and thin on the palate, with a bunch of orange, sugar, caramel, ethanol and a little burnt toast. Short sweet finish. Not a lot going on here, but that’s pretty much as expected. Satisfactory considering I bought it for a party, but that’s about it.19.99 USD per BottleTotal Wine & More -
