Tastes

Floral, herbal, sour, bitter at first. For my taste this needs some water to bring out some sweetness and really balance things out. Coating mouth feel, waxy, slight mint on the finish

Herbal and fruity with some alcohol punch on the nose slightly sweet and sour, sour red apple or cooked pear, lemon oil. Honey and vanilla on taste, waxy on the taste too. Finish with slightly woody note, sweet. Overall, yum.

Oily, lemon, herbal, sweet, slight wood note, just a hint of peat mainly on the finish, dry pear, grassy

Better than their bourbon. Again, nothing off putting about it. Traditional rye whiskey notes. Easy sip at 43% ABV

Not offensive at all. Pretty mellow, can tell it's somewhat youthful. No big flavors jump out, it just tastes like bourbon. An easy sip due to lower proof.

A rising star in bourbon. Rich and round flavors, sweet but with good spice balance. I also have a barrel proof that is fantastic. I gotta try the 6yr BiB next. Love this stuff. #DAD

Nose: sweet but savory. A bit confusing at first, there is a char/smoke note leaning toward BBQ, burnt brown sugar, slightly dry and herbal Taste: sweet, cinnamon, hint of a fruit note but not getting enough to pinpoint anything. Finished dry, dusty oak, but nothing about this is overly woody at all Definitely a nice bourbon and offers some nice differences from many others Only paid $60 for 1L which is nice too.

One of my favorites. Lots of sherry notes, dried red fruits, cocoa, vanilla. #WWD

Nose: loads of red berries, a dry but musty note, sweet bbq, burnt ends, charcoal note Taste: more sweet red berries, juicy, malt comes through, oak Can't believe it's 57.1% abv. It drinks really easy. Delicious

Nose is vanilla, dusty oak, lots of spice like cinnamon. Taste starts sweet but gets oaky fast, in a good way. Good spice. Finished for me as a cherry cola, leaning toward a maraschino cherry note. Surprisingly good. Surpassed my expectations. A good wheated bourbon.
