N: butterscotch, nutty, sweet P: woody,earthy F: not overpowering, but long tingle on the tongue O: good pour, could be a daily drinker candidate

N: malty, wood, cardboard, little sweetness P: thin, not overly complex, malty, spice F: very short O: not very remarkable

Nose: vanilla, oak, cherry, brown sugar Palate: very balanced, oak, brown sugar, vanilla Finish: I get a little coke on the front of the finish, warmth Overall: really nice sip, love BT

Don’t like the cask strength as much.

Nose: baking spices, caramel, banana Palate: peanuts, banana nut bread (hint of it but not like the bonded bottle) Finish: fire, lots of warmth Overall: prefer JD bonded but love the look of this bottle, love the proof

Nose: dill, earthy Palate: not overly complex, pickles, reminds me of Bulleit rye actually Finish: pretty short Overall: surprising to me because I feel like a lot of people don’t like Dickel. I actually like this rye.

Nose: grains, leaves, brown sugar, powdered donut Palate: grainy, little wood and some sweetness Finish: not a lot of depth, doesn’t hit my chest or throat, mellow Overall: I know there’s a lot of HH fans, but I wouldn’t say anything extremely remarkable about this pour for me.

Nose: Snickerdoodle cookies, brown sugar Palate: Baking spice, bready, chewing gum and floral notes in the back Finish: warm, but not long lasting

Nose: Butterscotch Palate: Wheat bread with a little bit of strawberry jam, some spice, some earthy tones at the back Finish: Not non-existent, but not great Overall: Price for this bottle just jumped to $100 in my market. Waaay over priced in my opinion. I might pay $50.

Nose: Bit of floral, butter popcorn, honey. Palate: Overused term, but just smooth as hell. Slight oaky notes. Some floral notes. Finish: Not overly hot or spicy. Sips to proof and definitely could be a daily drinker. Overall: This was a gift from my buddy who told me to listen to the How I Built This podcast before tasting it. I also watched the video on their website. Incredible story! Pleasantly surprised by this and will continue to be a fan and support this brand.
