Daveco select, 5 yr Spicy nose, licorice and some thing else i cannot find a name for. Palette: smoky, citrus, baking spice, orange marmalade, slight bite that lingers. Interesting dram. Sticks around. Not balanced but intriguing

Licorice and oak on the nose. Some grain as well Palette: sweet candied peanuts, fruity woth orange marmalade and citrus. More nuttiness in the finish then the oak takes over.

Nose is sweet, slightly grainy. Palette: sweet up front, flavors of fig, raisin, grain. Rum finish comes through in the back, with oak and more dark fruit.

Rye forward bourbon that has with good flavor of cracker, dill. Dry in the finish, with some brown sugar and peanut.

Nose: sweet with some char Palette: brown sugar , cedar, char, syrup, some marshmallow, dry oak starts to arise, more sugar in the finish. Well balanced and flavors come and go.

Nose: strong oak, slight cinnamon and marshmallow palette: oak bomb, syrup up front. Some vanilla and cinnamon in the back. Super dry. Water opens up the oak, more typical wheat profile shines through like graham cracker

Typical colorado rye candy flavor.

Herbal dill oregano nose, sweet peppermint up front, rye starts come through. Cereal finish

Sweet cotton candy, strawberry, vanilla, slight nuttiness in the finish, very smooth.

Slight bute, raisin and caramel, sherry in the finish. Sweet briwn sugar.
