Smooth vanilla and extremely light. Some caramel.

Not too sweet but good balance of honey and toast

Stillmans 7 year, barrel no 4245, 55.79%. Sweet nose, palette is also sweet with heavy creamy vanilla, some caramel, does not taste its proof. Dangerous. Dangerously good

Nose: grainy, grassy, graham cracker Palette: sweet licorice, not malt forward, slightly dry, more graham cracker, vanilla finish.

Nose: spearmint, vanilla, some dill Palette: sweet candy upfront, herbal mid but not dilly, great flavor. Some licorice in the finish, very smooth, delicious

Smooth and sweet, maple sryup, not earthy.

Nose of subtle dill and mint, some vanilla Palette: not too sweet but faint maple syrup up front, mid palette has some herbal notes like oregano and dill, more syrup and subtle spice on the back end but overall well balanced, not peppery, great sipper

Grainy nose, maybe slighr bubble gum Palette: sweet with a chocolate coconut essence, more of the grain comes throigh in the finish. More swertness
