WI Collaboration barrel A3, 120.6 proof Nose: fruity nose Palette: cinnamon and chicory, dark fruits come in, sweet corn and red hots, slight tannins in the finish. Herbal flavor is hiding in the back.

Nose: sweet marshmallow and raisin Palate: sweet raisin up front, some citrus, juniper and cedar. Vanilla and soda in the finish.

Batch 11 2023 bottle 202 Nose: smoky syrup. Cedar or pine, vanilla Palette: syrup up front, some rye spice, vanilla, more syrup in the finish, cedar lingers as well.

Nose: cedar, marshmallow. Palette: syrup, slight char, graham cracker, vanilla in the finish. Dryness kicks in later.

Nose: confection sugar hits immediately then a grainy scent and marshmallow. Something suggests orange. Palette: orange ip front with maple syrup, then fades to toast with sweet almonds. There is a bite to it, unlike previous releases. A russels yeast signature finds the finish with graham cracker and baking spices. The sweetness of the barrel finish covers up any influence from the oak of tye 16 yr in there. Sadly.

Nose: warm vanilla, cinnamon, corn bread. Cbadied almonds. Amazing. Palette: up front has a dr pepper profile, candied nuts, licorice. Mid has peanut with oak, more of a cola profile. Back has brown sugar but that cola lingers, long finish. Some mint, peanut brittle, dry oak.

Wheated grain nose, toast and caramel Palette: sweet up front with raisin some vanilla ice cream. Creamy in the middle, then more vanilla soda. So good.

Bourbob pursuit barrel 7390066 batrel filled 5/10/2015 120 proof. Nose: caramel and mint nise. Palette: sweet up front with anise and caramel. Rye spice on the back palette with brown sugar and slight mint in the finish. Some almond and vanilla as well.

Nose: leather, rye orange? Sweet mint candy. Dill and peanut, some grain. Short finish
