    A brilliant authentic rum very smooth, dry, with sweetness coming through with notes of vanilla, dried fruit, raisins, toffee, cinnamon, pepper, and barrel spices.

    A very good bourbon single malt crossover. Needs time on nose as one will get lots of heat off the bat, but with time you will get notes of caramel, vanilla, cherries, malty cereal reminding it is still a single malt, and Barrel spices with a smooth finish. Would like to try the sherry cask, diamond peak, and snowflake some day

    Great stuff. Sweet and spicy with notes of cloves, pepper, cinnamon, corn, toffee, prunes, raisins, blackberries, and a little chocolate. Big thanks to @PBMichiganWolverine for including the sample with my Tapatio Excelencia purchase from him.

    Very good stuff that can be enjoyed by Islay, Speyside, and Highland lovers. Has a great sweet and smoky balance with notes of peat, sea salt, brine, caramel, banana, berries, spice, and vanilla.

    Something very special for my 300th taste. This is so smooth and complex with notes of caramelized brown sugar, pears, raisins, berries, cinnamon, and Barrel spices.

    Something that can be enjoyed by beginners and experts. Very smooth and has lots of cask influence with notes of toffee, raisins, spices, and chocolate. Would love to do a side by side bushmills 16/Redbreast 15 and/or Redbreast 21/Bushmills 21 some day.

    Very interesting herbal and tropical fruit mineralities from caraway, tangerine, mango, guava. Tastes like something from the Amazon River.
