Siete Leguas Blanco Tequila
Tequila Blanco — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed February 12, 2022 (edited October 21, 2024)Siete Leguas Blanco is one of the most pure expressions of Blue Weber agave I have ever tasted. It solely centers its aromas and flavors around agave. On the nose we distinguish both raw and roasted agave, dashes of citrus, lingering smoke, and earth tones. The flavors develop a strong presence of raw and cooked agave and it is supported with citrus nuances. As you let the tequila swirl around the palate the citrus characteristics slightly linger and an incredibly buttery mouthfeel is developed. The smoky and earthy characteristics shine on the finish with slight hints of pepper and vegetal/herbaceous agave notes are left.45.0 USD per Bottle -

There is a finish of bitters and oak that leaves a slightly unpleasant lingering characteristic on the palate.65.0 USD per Bottle
