Tequila Mi CAMPO Reposado
Tequila Reposado — Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed February 19, 2021 (edited December 31, 2021)When I started drinking tequila. I thought this was good. Through learning and tasting. This tequila is ok. Smells like a s’more and tastes like a graham cracker. Sweet Graham cracker Oak Barrel influence Dessert like Herbal I would not buy a bottle again. And would look for another pour at a bar or someone’s house. Agave is lost. Liquor is thin. Good for a dessert for a newbie. Not a shelfer. -

Tequila Extra Añejo — Tequila Valley, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed February 11, 2021Herradura Seleccion Suprema Extra Añejo Tequila” 70 Nose Caramel Sweet Medicinal cherry Oak Vanilla Agave seems lost Opens up to a chocolate oak Where is the agave? 😢 Palette Caramel Vanilla Oak Light Agave The agave is overly muted by the aging. It sips nice but not really my thing. The pungent nose is not as pronounced on the palette. It doesn’t leave that oily residue we all love. -

Don Julio Blanco Tequila
Tequila Blanco — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed February 8, 2021 (edited June 3, 2021)Don Julio Blanco” “84” Good Flavor Cooked agave Vegetal Salt Mineral water Pepper toned down Alcohol but not astringent A little thin. Wish it was more oily because this stuff tastes great. Just want that finish to linger more. Don Julio is a solid line. Their prices are a little high but I’ll pay for the Anejo and the Repo. The blanco taste great but for the price tag the flavor needs to hang around longer. -
