Sensory analysis: transparent color, sweet aromas, chlorinated water, no sugarcane sweetness, medium-low acidity, medium-low finish. Cachaça Engenho do Coronel Amburana e Carvalho 1000ml is a drink produced through a blend. Stored for two and a half years in oak and amburana barrels, it has an alcohol content of 40%. It has a slight touch of softness and sweetness, as well as a charming perfume, giving the cachaça a fine and irresistible taste. The name is a reference to producer Emiliano Vital de Souza, a retired colonel from the Minas Gerais Military Police who, since his adolescence, learned from his father how to identify quality Artisanal Cachaças.
